Greenfield Crossroads Cultural District reallocates freed infrastructure funds to public event programming. The committee voted 4 to 2, with 1 abstention, to reallocate the $10,706.74 freed from infrastructure costs after the Parking Benefit District agreed to cover electrical upgrades and bulletin board costs; Director of Recreation Christy Moore led the reallocation proposal. The vote approved allocating $2,442 to the 2026 Arts Walk, with almost half of the funding covering event insurance after the Mayor's approval to close Court Square for the event.
