Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show 11 Greenfield property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only five carried a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $40,000 to $217,000 with a median of $180,000; the other six prices had not yet posted. The month's top recorded sale was 8 Osgood St. at $217,000.
