Greenfield cultural district votes to fund downtown kiosk and electrical upgrades. The Crossroads Cultural District Committee voted 5 to 1 on March 12 to allocate $4,700 for a three-sided kiosk and $5,000 to $6,000 for electrical infrastructure at the Common/Port Square and Fisk Avenue. Chairperson Caitlin von Schmidt oversaw the meeting; Director of Recreation Christy Moore presented estimates.
The committee also committed $500 for a picnic event and marketing, leaving $2,427 to $3,927 for additional Fiscal Year 2026 events.
