Dew to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Deephaven Mortgage LLC, had a price recorded. Ten of the 13 transactions listed a bank, Greenfield Savings Bank, Greenfield Cooperative Bank or Florence Bank, as seller. Shelburne Road saw two sales. With prices recorded for just one of 13 deeds, the data offers limited visibility into overall market values this period.
