Greenfield Deed Filings Show 13 Sales, Just One Disclosed Price
Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Greenfield property sales between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only one, a $240,000 sale of 335 Federal St. from Brian N. Dew to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Deephaven Mortgage LLC, disclosed a price. Ten of the 13 transactions listed a bank, Greenfield Savings Bank, Greenfield Cooperative Bank or Florence Bank, as seller. Shelburne Road saw two sales. With prices disclosed for just one of 13 deeds, the data offers limited visibility into overall market values this period.
