Planning Board approves Old Albany Road property division

Greenfield Planning Board unanimously approves Old Albany Road property division, advances housing and shelter zoning discussions. The board voted 4 to 0 to endorse an Approval Not Required plan for a property division at 169 Old Albany Road, submitted by Old Albany Road LLC. Chair Jeff Sauser, Vice Chair George Touloumtzis, and Members Victor Moschella and Sarah Brown-Anson voted to approve.
The board also discussed draft design guidelines for a potential development at 53 Hope Street and tabled discussion of proposed zoning amendments related to shelter facilities and mixed residential and business uses.
