Ten properties in Greenfield changed hands Aug. 7 and Aug. 10, per deeds recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds, but none of the transactions disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this period. Financial institutions or loan servicers were sellers in seven of the ten transfers, including four involving Greenfield Savings Bank, pointing to a concentration of bank-related property transfers. Two deals were transfers between family members with the same surname, at 30 Forest Ave and 140 Barton Rd. Shattuck Street and Barton Road each saw two transfers.
