Greenfield zoning board approves Marriott parking variance and healthcare clinics. The board unanimously approved David Kinsella's application for a special permit allowing 21 Colrain Road to reduce required parking from 65 to 62 spaces for the hotel expansion from 59 to 63 bedrooms. Chairperson David Singer cited public safety concerns about spillover parking at nearby businesses.
Two complementary healthcare clinics also won unanimous approvals to share space at 21 Mohawk Trail, Unit 18: Nigrosh Services' lactation clinic for nursing parents and Max Mobility's prosthetics and orthotics clinic for people with mobility challenges.
