The ZBA unanimously approved the withdrawal of Evans CaJuste's application for a special permit to reduce setbacks by 20 percent at 260 Silver Street in the Urban Residential district. Chairperson David Singer confirmed the applicant emailed the town's planning office requesting withdrawal without prejudice, noting that board approval is required once applications advance beyond an initial stage.
