Greenfield Zoning Board approves withdrawal of special permit. The ZBA unanimously approved the withdrawal of Evans CaJuste's application for a special permit to reduce setbacks by 20 percent at 260 Silver Street in the Urban Residential district. Chairperson David Singer confirmed the applicant emailed the town's planning office requesting withdrawal without prejudice, noting that board approval is required once applications advance beyond an initial stage.
A member of the public who attended the previous hearing, Dave Hills, expressed satisfaction with the withdrawal. The board also approved meeting minutes from December 11, 2025.
