Greenfield home sales range from $117,125 to $203,000 as pricing data trickles in
Greenfield recorded 16 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only four have posted sale prices so far, ranging from $117,125 to $203,000 with a median of $151,200. The remaining 12 sales are still awaiting price data at the registry, which is normal for recently recorded deeds. The period's top sale was a $203,000 condominium unit at 52 Prospect St. in the Highland Park Condominiums, one of four deeds recorded there this period. Banks and credit unions appeared as buyer or seller in about half of the period's transactions, and the raw sales count points to a steady, moderate pace of activity.
