Greenfield recorded 15 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $50,000 to $303,410 with a median of $120,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 88 Newell Pond Road at $303,410, sold by Karen M. Wasielewski and Karen M. Rooney to Ashley L. Costa. Six deeds showed Franklin First Federal Credit Union or Greenfield Savings Bank selling properties to individual buyers, while three others showed individual sellers transferring to banks. Two deeds were transfers within the same family. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support a clear read on overall market tone.
